Beef dripping - the traditional way
Russells Fish & Chips follows the traditional methods of cooking fish & chips in beef dripping. This adds extra flavour and crispiness to the batter as dripping has a much higher smoking temperature of 250°C compared to 190°C for vegetable oils.
We can always cook in vegetable oil if you prefer. Just ask your server when ordering.
